Go Wild, by John Ratey, Md. begs us to return to where we started–to sleep longer, to eat naturally, to clear our minds of the electronic clutter and distractions and meditate.
Also the author of the “go-to” book on ADHD, Driven To Distraction, Dr. Ratey’s Go Wild views on mindfulness, mental health, and physical well being come together in such a convincing way here, I might have to start taking naps! If you’ve read it, let me know what you think!
